Personnel:

Joseph P. Dempsey, Sr. has over 30 years experience in the software engineering field. Mr. Dempsey is dedicated to raising the software development process to the level of a true engineering discipline.

The last 15 years of his career was spent as an independent Software Engineering Consultant and the principal of Pioneer Software. In this capacity, he was involved in the entire software development life cycle, from proposal writing and requirements specification to final acceptance and support. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and resides in the Philadelphia area.

Jough Dempsey is a web developer specializing in the design and production of dynamic, database-driven web sites. He specializes in fluid, brand-conscious designs, copywriting, & accessibility. Jough builds sites compliant with W3C web standards such as XHTML, CSS, and XML, as well as programming languages such as PHP , JavaScript, and SQL . He resides in Pennsylvania.
